We had a perfect stay at a hotel that exceeded our expectations in every way. The location of Imperla was ideal, close to bars, restaurants, and just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Playa Norte. The room was spacious and very clean, with a well-appointed bathroom and a balcony that overlooked the lively pedestrian area. The receptionist, Alejandro, stood out for his professionalism and helpfulness, going above and beyond to assist us in recovering a lost mobile phone. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site restaurant and the nearby mini-market and grocery store. our experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to return in the future.

I recently stayed at Imperla Hotel for a few nights and I couldn't have been happier with my stay. The hotel is located right on the main strip of restaurants and shops, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Despite the central location, my room was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The staff were exceptional, quickly upgrading us when there was a leak in our room and being incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, with everything from the beach to restaurants just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

The comfortable bed, reliable WiFi, and effective air conditioning added to the pleasant experience. The hotel even provided bottled water, beach towels, and luggage storage.
